i woke up early pero tinamad akong pumasok nang maaga. so, pumasok ako ng 11:00am. although 12:00 pa ang class ko, medyo maaga pa ren kse had to print notes.

pharamaco lecture: ang bilis magsalita nung prof. grabe. ang hirap sundan, ang hirap mag-notes. haaay. oh wel. at least maaga sha nag-dismiss. actualy on time lang pala. arrived sa psych tutorial right on time. tutor was fun. hindi nga lang mashadong fun ang tutorial class ko kasi mga "shy" ang mga tao. sana next time mas lively na. tutor na namin ang mismong nagsabi something like... magsalita kayong lahat pwedeng mag-ingay dito. haha.

tambay sandali with joseph, ferron, cecilia, gelo, and arthur sa forum. went to pgp (georgies) and watched OC season 2 finale!

waaah. kawawa naman si marissa... nabaril nya tuloy si trey. si ryan din kse eh mashadong violent, pero di mo rin naman tlga sha masisi... ang sama din naman kse tlga ni trey eh. nakakaawa din si kirsten, pero love naman sha ng lahat kaya nila ginawa yun. hirap siguro nun. kakamatay lang ng dad mo tapos mahihiwalay ka pa sa family mo. naks ang drama! at least ngayon, napanood ko na ang lahat ng mga finale ng mga sinusubaybayan ko. desperate, charmed, oc, and smallville.

nakakainis talaga ang finale ng smallville! grrr...

less than 30 minutes na lang pala... september na! oh no! ang bilis naman... may mga CA na ko ng september ah...

today was nothing special. turned out quite as expected.

had psychology RP at 11:00 am, which by the way, ruined my eyes!

ur in front of the pc... flashes a certain letter on the screen (1 sec. only) ... flashes a word... determine if that word contained the letter... respond by pressing yes/no button... measure reflex time. grrr... sunod sunod kaya yon... letter, word, letter, word, letter, word...

had pharmaco tutorial which went better than expected. at least, naintindihan ko naman yung ineexplain ng prof... coolness...

had history class which was, as expected... FUN! i love our lecturers... at least they make an effort para hindi boring yung class... enjoy tuloy. watched this old japanese film...

went back sa house... i need to fix my room!!! oh wel...

still practicing... DISCIPLINE! :)

Panginoon, sana po ay mas maging masaya ang mga susunod kong araw. Nakakaramdam po ako ng pagka-bagot pero alam ko rin po na madami pa akong kailangang gawin at tapusin ngunit hindi ko pa po nasisimulan ang mga ito.

Bigyan nyo po ako ng disiplina para matapos ko ang mga ito. Pigilan nyo po ang lungkot at anumang balakid na maaaring makahadlang upang ako'y makahanap ng kagalakan sa bawat gawain na aking haharapin. Sana'y ang bawat oras ko ay aking gugulin sa makabuluhang paraan.

Patnubayan nyo po ako sa buong araw na ito at sa mga araw pang darating. Maraming salamat po, at sa inyo lamang ang papuri't pagsamba.

im really enjoying my mornings. i wake up early (actualy not that early but early na yun for me) and prepare breakfast. then eat while listening to "oras na pilipinas!", "doctors on line", then "family matters" all on 702 dzas, febc's AM radio station. nakakamiss nga lang kasi namimiss ko ang bahay.

i got my 1st choice tutorial class for PL1101E. thank you Lord. finally, ayos na sked ko.

[[oh happy day]]

today was great.

i got up early to go to the science club 2nd hand book sale. im looking for lower-priced textbooks since new ones are expensive... well, life science text books are. nakarating ako dun mga 9am. selling starts 10am so sarado pa. pero, madami nang tao sa paligid ng room, mga nakaupo sa benches. so, i sat right in front of the lt24 prep room door. aba, nagsunuran at pumila silang lahat sa likod ko. hehe. so i was the very first one to enter the prep room at 10am.

i got the only immunobiology textbook for sale! only 29 SGD. 72 SGD un sa coop. whatta bargain. the book is in good condition anyway. then i saw roitt's essential immunology textbook - 10 SGD! yey! then i was thinking if i should buy the pharmaco textbook. merong isa, really good condition, looked brand new. siguro katulad ni michael, napilitan i-drop ang module pero nakabili na ng libro. 39 SGD. hmmm... think think. coop's price is 49 SGD... 10 dollars savings. pwede na. mukha naman talagang bago eh. and pharmaco book naman sha so ok lang. kaya binili ko na rin. may isa pang immuno textbook brand new is 52 SGD tapos 10 SGD na lang. pero pangit ung libro, daming highlights and post it markings. hindi pa updated edition kaya di ko na lang binili. ung immunobiology saka roitts, latest editions ung nakuha ko. weird pa, may nagbebenta ng psych textbook 36 SGD eh 32 SGD na lang kaya ang brand new nun sa coop. weird.

yey. ang saya ng feeling ng nakabargain sa libro. haha.

then went to sci canteen and saw cassy and kirsten. we all had lunch, while they were arguing about their 4th year sked sa pisay. magkaklase nga ba tlga kayo? hehe. had pharmaco lab which was ok... then went to history and film lecture. then i got a txt from pastor luis asking if i was free for dinner. actualy, my class was until 8 but thats only because we're supposed to watch a film after the lecture. eh pwede ko naman panoorin ung film sa library. so i just finished the lecture then went off to orchard to meet ate andrea.

arrived at borders 6pm. sakto sa meeting time. pero hmm... dalawa pala ang entrance ng borders na may coffee bean. tsk tsk... so back and forth ako hanggang sa nakita ko na si ate andrea. yey. ate snacks at coffee bean. then pastor luis arrived then we went to his house. dinner! pinoy food!!! tinola and adobo! i honestly didnt know pastor luis could cook, and he cooks well! sarap! he even let us use his phone to call our families back home. my mom asked who was there sa house. sabi ko, si ate andrea, ako, si pastor. sabi nya, sino nagluto? haha. so hindi nya rin akalain na marunong magluto si pastor. hehe.

pastor luis then drove us home. hope he and ate andrea can find their way to ate andrea's place. naligaw daw kasi sha twice before. coming from woodlands, nakarating daw sha sa tuas! twice pa! ewan ko san sha talaga papunta pero definitely not near that area. gulat daw sha nasa may keppel shipyard na sha... hehe.

thanks pastor! thanks ate andrea! thanks Lord!

hope tomorrow's as good... if not better.

p.s. yesterday, i was able to buy pants sa U2... $19 (from $59, then 40% off, then 50% off, then $19 na lang!). coolness. it was the first time i was able to buy myself pants... of that size :)

the holidays are really over. well, i had one lecture yesterday pero intro lang naman. tom, lectures na talaga. tuloy-tuloy na to!

Lord, please sana magka-stock na nung book na kailangan ko sa coop.

kelan ang sign-up for tutorials? gusto ko na ma-finalize ang sked ko. wala lang.

the lecture i had yesterday was my history module. fun naman ung dalawang prof kaya mukhang fun naman ang module na to (sana!)

oh no, have to wake up early pa pala tom. and, have to finish some mail na ipapadala ko sa family and friends... ciao.

[[faithful... as always]]

i scheduled "lunch" at 11:15 am this morning because i wanted to go to comcen before 1pm which is the closing time for CORS' round 2A open bidding. na-late ang mga shearites so it was just jeunesse, kirsten, and wayne who ate sa arts canteen. actualy, nag-late breakfast na ko sa house kaya nag-pineapple na lang ako. grabe, ang sakit sa dila nung mga pinya. feel ko nagdugo na ung dila ko.

anyways, so pumunta kme sa comcen and ang daming tao! nakahanap naman kme ng computers eventualy. pero ang bagal ng CORS. server unavailable lagi. overload!!!

so 12:00 na... 12:30... 1:00... closed bidding time na hindi pa rin ako maka-login!!! 1:30... 2:00... (starting to panic)... 2:15... (starting to email CORS helpdesk, panic na talaga!)... 2:30... (malapit na ko maiyak)... the thing is, hindi ko pa kasi nailalagay ang bid ko. o diba? i was texting my mom and dad na baka kahit isang subject ay hindi ko pa makuha. my dad replied "ipagdasal na lang natin". ok. i was praying while looking at the screen. "server unavailable" pa rin. i texted dad again "pa, 3oclock matatapos na ang bidding round, di pa rin ako maka-login". to which he replied, "just pray some more". ok. then came a reply from the CORS helpdesk. theyre looking at the situation na daw. ok, ok, a little less panic... pero 2:50 na!!! then came the announcement that they are extending the bidding round until 5pm! i couldn't help but say "thank you Lord". at least, may pag-asa pa ko, kahit 2 more hours na lang.

then slowly, nakakapasok na ko sa mga website na hindi tlga naglload before. and at around 4pm, i was able to place my bid for 2 modules. 2 modules nga lang. i gave up the other module kasi if i bid for 3 modules, alanganin silang tatlo... baka wala pa kong makuha kahit 1 sa kanila. so para sure, inubos ko ang points ko sa 2 modules. ok na yun, at least i was able to bid!

indeed God is faithful. and prayers work wonders. to complete my story, i got my bidding results around 830pm, and i got both modules. oh happy day.

[[kwentong bagong schoolyear]]

ive been here for half a month already! wow.

anyways, right now my concern is this CORS bidding thing, which, Lord, please, should give me a decent sked this sem. ive already given up bidding for four modules already so itong sked na binibid ko ay 5th choice ko na actualy. sana naman makuha ko na sya.

the new people here nga pala are as follows: kirsten and cassy (pshs 05), myriel (pshs 04), carina (pshs davao), oliver (ateneo hs), and the atenista exchange students.

i (kasama rin si wayne) went with kirsten kanina to the LSOC (life science operating center) kse hindi ma-allocate sa kanya ang modules nya due to the A level prerequisite na wala ang mga pinoy. naayos naman namin. then ate lunch at science canteen.

3 things i always do when i go online:

1.chat sa ym
2.check email (and reply of course)
3.check for encantadia episode summaries (hahaha)
